TEA (Camellia sinensis)

All tea - Black, Green, White, Oolong, Matcha and Pu'erh, originates from the leaf of the Tea plant, Camellia sinensis. It is the variation of the processing of the tea leaves that gives us so many different types of tea to enjoy, each with their own unique flavour and wonderful traits. These processing methods have been refined over hundreds, and in some cases thousands of years. Honed to capture the tea's ultimate characteristics, which are shaped by the climate, soil type, altitude and timing of the harvest.
