Penny is an absolute rock within the Sales & Business Development team. Before joining the company in 2007, she worked in a range of customer service roles and as a trainer in the spice room of a food manufacturing facility that handled thousands of tonnes of product each year.
 
Her blend of product knowledge and calm approach is second to none and as a result she looks after some of our largest, most prestigious and long standing customers – including Neal’s Yard.

Outside of work Penny enjoys moorland walking, looking after her pets and quiet Sunday afternoons with her family.
